What do guys think about girls who are shy and awkward?

'm not extremely shy, I can have conversations with people but I am shy and pretty awkward and blush easily. Is this a big turn off for guys? I was at a bar yesterday and this guy started talking with me and we ended up sitting together and having a conversation. It wasn't awkward at all but myself as a person, am awkward and visibly shy lol and I say weird things when I feel awkward!!🤣 he ended up messaging me later that night and we carried on our conversation. Do guys find shy and awkward cute or is it annoying and a turn off?
