Manchester United and Chelsea are involved in another transfer war over the signing of Porto striker, Moussa Marega, according to Foot Mercato. According to the report, the two Premier League powerhouses have made enquiries about the availability of the 26-year-old striker in the January transfer window. FC Porto are not willing to sell the Mali International until the end of the season, and it remains to be seen if they will reject a big bid from the English giants. Marega, whose contract with the Primeira Liga expires in the summer of 2020, has a release clause of 40 million euros inserted into his deal. Striker Romelu Lukaku decided to leave Everton after a “voodoo message” told him to join Chelsea, the Merseyside club’s major shareholder has claimed. The Belgium international, 24, eventually joined Manchester United for an initial £75m last summer. Farhad Moshiri told a shareholders’ meeting the player received the message “on a pilgrimage to Africa” having been set to sign a new deal at Everton. “He had a voodoo and got the message he needs to go to Chelsea,” said Moshiri. Barcelona new signing, Philippe Coutinho says Liverpool ace, Mohamed Salah can help the club to challenge for silverware in the coming seasons. Liverpool legend, Steven Gerrard, has said that he respects Philippe Coutinho’s decision to leave the club. Coutinho completed his big money move to Barcelona on Monday. Fans were waiting outside for an extended period as multiple entrances were shut down to accomodate Trump's arrival, leaving many seats emtpy as the game came closer and closer to kickoff. Chelsea's attempts to sign Juventus left-back Alex Sandro have stalled due to the Italian club's asking price, the Telegraph reports.
